Heather L. Scribner

Age 29 of Elmira, NY passed away, Wednesday, May 5th, 2010 very unexpectedly at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Heather was born in Elmira, November 8th, 1980. She is survived by her children; Kyleigh Scribner, Kaytlyn and Kevin Wright, and Jadon Laqonegro; Mother; Bonita (Glen) Holloway, Father; Stephen (Janet) Scribner all of Elmira, grandparents; Clifford and Rita Havens of Elmira, step grandmother; Alice Fulkrod; sister; Rachel (Scott) McElroy of Florida, step brothers; Russell and Katy Andrews of Elmira, Ken and Anna Holloway of NC, step sister; Kim and Brian Biehl of SC; as well as several aunts and uncles including special aunt Lucy (James Irvin) Scribner of Elmira and special friend; Jeremy Lagonegro with whom she resided. In addition, several nieces, nephews and cousins.Heather was a 1998 graduate of Southside High School. She worked at Elcor Health Services for five years as a CNA, Arnot Ogden as a clinical assistant, in the last few years she was employed by the United States Post office here in Elmira as a mail clerk and letter carrier. She loved her children and family. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Saturday, May 8th, 2010 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM. Funeral services celebrating Heather's life will follow the calling hours at 7:00PM. Lay Pastor John Knapp will officiate. The family will provide all necessary floral arrangements, those wishing may make memorials to the Chemung County SPCA, Rt. 352, Elmira, NY.
