Edna L. (Ripley) Beach

Edna L. {Ripley} Beach was born September 15, 1925 in Elmira, the daughter of the late Thomas and Ida Zeigler, passed away peacefully with her family and loved ones by her side on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Ormond Beach, FL at the age of 90. Her smile, laughter and her care for others was second to none and she will be dearly missed. Edna is survived by her 5 loving children: son, David J. (Sondra) Ripley of Avoca, NY; daughter, Priscilla (James) Bourdette of Ormond Beach, FL, who her brothers would love to thank for the personal care they gave to their mother; sons, Joel Stephen Ripley of Auburn, CA; Ronjay M. Ripley and Jeffery L. Ripley of Elmira, NY; along with 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Edna is now resting in her Savior's arms of whom she served her entire life. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. A Memorial Service celebrating Edna's life will follow the visitation at 3 PM. John P. Knapp will officiate. Interment will take place in the Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of her family.
