Zachary T. Vanhorn

Zachary T. Vanhorn, Age 21, of Elmira Heights passed away very unexpectedly on June 20, 2024 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY. Zachary was born April 15, 2003 in Elmira and attended Elmira City Schools. Always willing to lend a hand he also worked several jobs around the area, but he really was truly his happiest when he was working on bikes. Zachary’s other hobbies included, skateboarding and drawing. He liked all kinds of music and enjoyed spending time with his friends. He was strong-willed, stubborn and had no fear.

Surviving is his loving mother Amy (Saxton) Vanhorn of Elmira Heights, his father David VanHorn, Sr, sisters, Lisa Marie Saxton, Sarah Rose Myers, Jamie Lynn Vanhorn, Nicole Elizabeth Vanhorn, three brothers, Cody Myers, Chereeke Myers, David Vanhorn, Jr., aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Zachary was predeceased by his uncle Jamie Vanhorn.

A Celebration of Zachary’s Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY 14904.
