Wayne E. Seymour

Age 81 of Horseheads, NY formerly of Southport, NY, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2003 at Bath VA Hospital, Bath, NY. He is survived by his son; Thomas (Kathleen) Seymour of Erin, NY, daughter; Dawn (John) Klein of Horseheads, NY, grandchildren; Michael (Linda) Foster, Amy (Kraig) Casler, Lisa Seymour, Shawn Foster, Sue (Brian) Bachert and Jennifer Knapp, great grandchildren; Zachery, Megan, Danielle, Darby, and Noah, brothers; Wilson (Marie) Seymour, Phillip (Leah) Seymour. sister; Betty (Arthur) Kerr. Gene was predeceased by his loving wife, Marie Seymour in 1995, and also by his brothers; William, Gerald, and sisters; Jeanette Kerr and Delores Criss. Gene was a former employee of the Remington Rand Corp. and a retired employee of Linn S. Chapel Lumber Company of Elmira. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Saturday, January 11, 2003 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Funeral and Committal Service there at the conclusion of calling hours, Saturday at 8:00 PM The Rev. Richard Hauk will officiate. Interment in Fitzsimmons Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. Those wishing may make memorials to the American Cancer Society the charity of one?s choice.
