Wayne L. Gee Elmira Housing Authority Retiree Age 61 of Roe Ave. Elmira, NY passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness Monday, June 17, 2002 surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 8, 1941 in Elmira, NY the son of the late Walter and Virginia (Redner) Gee. His beloved wife, Beverly, January 23, 1991, predeceased him. His survivors include: daughters, Vera and Louise Gee; son, Walter (Roxann) Pressler; twin brother, Nelson (Nancy) Gee; brother, Charles (Joan) Gee; sister, Charlotte Gee. Along with several nieces, nephews and several close friends. At his request there will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend Graveside Services on Saturday, June 22, 2002 at 11:00 AM in the Woodlawn Cemetery 1200 Walnut Street Elmira, NY. The Reverend Ellie Haber will officiate. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be directed to Southern Tier Hospice 11751 East Corning Road Corning, NY 14830. A gathering of family and close friends will take place at Papa Dales immediately following the service.
