Vincent Anthony Lisi Age 91, was born January 6, 1927 in Elmira, the son of the late Anthony and Mary (DeMott) Lisi, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. His sisters and brother-in-laws: Stella & Howard Stamp, Isabelle & Willis Larrabee and Mary Jane & Robert Church also predeceased him. He is survived by his loving wife: Beverly (Hall) Lisi; beloved children: Brenda Lisi of Elmira, NY; Vincent B. (Rosie) Lisi of Olean, NY; Linda (Brian) Levine of Ballston Lake, NY; Mark of Wellsburg, NY; Sandra (Ben) Millspaugh of Greenwich, CT; Andrea Stevens of Ballston Lake, NY; Mary (Jim) Millspaugh of N. Berwick, ME; Anthony (Karen) Lisi of Williamsport, PA; along with 20 adored grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers: Anthony (Diane) Lisi of Chillicothe, OH; Larry (Jean) Lisi of Winsor Locks, CT; brother-in-law: Gary (June) Hall; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Vincent was a Veteran of the US Navy proudly serving his country during WWII. He retired from Hardinge, Inc. after many years of dedicated service. Mr. Lisi was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira/Southport, NY on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Vincent's Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 am in St. Mary's Church 224 Franklin Street Elmira, NY. The Reverend Richard Farrell will officiate. Interment will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery where the Chemung County Veteran's Honor Guard will accord Mr. Lisi Military Honors and Father Farrell will offer committal prayers.
