Theresa Ellen Sparling

Sparling, Theresa, age 54 of Elmira, passed into peaceful rest, Sunday, July 22, 2001 at Chemung County Nursing Facility. Theresa is survived by her husband of 37 years, Robert Sparling, Sr.She is also survived by a son Bob Jr. (Barbara) of Pine City, NY, two daughters Karalyn (Wade) Hill of San Antonio, Texas, and Peg (Bob) Green of Pine City, NY, 9 grandchildren, her brother George Benson Jr. of Long Island, NY, and her sister Rose Sullivan of Florida.Theresa is a former member of the Elmira Moose Club.She enjoyed homemade crafts and appreciated those who had the talent of creativity.She loved spending time with her grandchildren and being part of their lives.Family and Friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Tuesday, July 24, 2001 from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm with the Funeral and Committal service immediately following at 8:00pm.
