Tari-Jo R. Morgan

CATON – Tari-jo R. Morgan, 52, of Caton, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023.  Born on January 5, 1971, she was the daughter of Patricia A. Rogers.

On April 23, 1988, she married the love of her life, David T. Morgan in Vidor, TX.

For more than 23 years, she dedicated her life to working with children with special needs in the Corning-Painted Post School District.

Tari-jo was a gifted artist and truly loved sharing her passion for art with others.  More than anything, she loved being a mother and grandmother.

She was predeceased by her sister, Carol Walker, and her aunts, Sandy and JoAnn.

She is survived by her mother, Patricia A. Rogers of Caton; her devoted husband, David T. Morgan of Caton; her daughters, Jessika (Anthony) Affissio of Horseheads, Chelsie Morgan (Leremie Santos-Koos) of Virginia Beach, VA, Audrianna Jones (David Vandegrift, II) of Marianna, FL; her grandchildren, Kaden Bickle, Juliette Affissio,  Aviana Affissio, Penelope Affissio, Marceline Affissio, Gareth Affissio; her brother, Michael Rogers of Canton, PA; her sister, Patricia Denny of Beaumont, TX; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call from 10am - 12pm on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue in Elmira.  A funeral service will follow at the funeral home.  Rite of Committal will take place in Fitzsimmons Cemetery in Southport, NY.
