WELLSBURG- Stanley J. Lazeski, 54, died from complications of COVID on February 15, 2021 at home.He was the youngest son of Gerald T. and Patricia (Kelley) Lazeski. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two of his brothers, Michael and Tom. Surviving are five of his siblings, Nancy Kirby Kurjakovic, Gerald T. Lazeski, Jr and his wife Kathy, Karen Olmstead, Patty Pinto and her husband, Oswaldo, and Diane Wieziolowski and her husband John, and many nieces and nephews.Stan is survived by his dear life-long companion Karen Bielke and her father Eric Bielke.He is also survived by his paternal aunt, Loretta Arnold, who held a very special place in his heart. Stan completed ultrasound school at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, but then after a few years decided to follow his father’s example and became a Sheet Metal Worker, and a proud union member for many years.At the time of his death, he was employed at Cornell University. Stan had many passions in life, especially anything on 4, or even 3 wheels, including an extensive collection of tractors, International 4 wheels, and vintage toys.He loved traveling to shows and auctions for his next “find”. At his wish, no services will be held. Internment will be at St Peter and Paul’s Cemetery at a later date.
