Sharon J. Redder

Age 59, of Elmira, NY passed away Monday, November 25, 2002 at home surrounded by her loving and caring family. She was born April 10, 1943 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of Robert and Betty (Whitney) Thorpe. She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Robert N. Redder; beloved children, Tina Lockner of Elmira, NY; Jacquelin (Alan) Lockhart also of Elmira, NY; Michael Minwell of Cliffside Park, NJ; parents, Robert (Betty) Thorpe of South Carolina; sister, Joanne (Wayne) Wilkinson also of South Carolina; brother, Robert Thorpe of Pennsylvania; along with 4 grandchildren, 3 step-children, several brothers and sisters-in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Sharon was a volunteer with the Arnot Ogden Medical Center for several years. At her request there will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service honoring her life on Friday, November 29, 2002 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary?s Church, 224 Franklin Street, Elmira, NY. Deacon Bob Stowell will celebrate the service. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn National Cemetery.
