PINE CITY – Sandra Corson Clark Nikulich, 81, of Pine City passed away onSunday, June 20, 2021, at her home.Born on February 29, 1940, in Elmira, NY, she was the daughter of the late Harold Corson and the late Harold and Olive (Miller) Folnsbee.She graduated from Cortland High School.In 1959, she married Joseph Clark and they had four children together during their 28 years together.In 1993, she married Steve F. Nikulich and they spent 35 years together. She was the first female YMCA ladies swim coach in the 1970’s.For many years, she owned and operated Clark’s Decorating, a wallpaper and painting business.She was past president of the VFW Post 901 Auxiliary in Elmira. Sandy had a giving heart and loving, generous nature.She always sent greeting cards to friends and family.She also loved the outdoors and flowers.Sandy was a dedicated member of the IDMR and loved Gospel music praising her Heavenly Father through song.Her Heavenly Father was her life. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her granddaughter, Katie Mattocks Rain. She is survived by her husband, Steve F. Nikulich of Pine City; her sons, Stephen (Michelle) Clark of Elmira, Daniel Lee Clark; her daughters, Elizabeth Clark Green, Constance (Terry) Rose Clark Mattocks; 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; her sister, Donna (Stanley) Yeomans of Horseheads; as well as her special friends, Ralph and Mary Desocio of Pine City, Helen DeHaan of Newark Valley, Joan Terry of South Glens Falls and Joan Guthrie of Elmira, NY.
