Richard A. Personius age 80 of Elmira, NY, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Richard is survived by his wife of 59 years, Pamela Personius; daughters, Tamra (Don) Davis of Pine City, NY, Tarna Hampton of Elmira, NY; grandson Devon Personius of Elmira, NY. Richard enjoyed camping at Park Station in Erin, NY, with his camping friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment Will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, NY.
