Former owner of Ryders Kitchens Age 69, of 408 W. 4th Street, Elmira died Wednesday, June 5, 2002 in Cleveland, Ohio. Dick was born February 7, 1933 in Wellsboro, PA the son of the late John and Leona (Robinson) Marvin.He was married to Ellen E. Williams for 18 years.He is survived by his wife, Ellen E. Marvin;one daughter: Julie Rusczak of Elmira, NY; one son: Rick & Deborah Marvin of Pine City, NYgrandchildren, Cody & Amanda Marvin & Ryan Rusczak; step-daughter and son-in-law, Margaret & James Crum of Stafford, VA; step-grandchildren, Nathan Crum & Kelley Crum ; step-grandchildren, Krista & Kyle Manikowski; step-son, Joseph & Barbara Manikowski.Richard served in the USMCR from 1957 to 1959.He was formerly employedby Caterpillar, Elmira, NY and was the former owner of Ryders Kitchen?s , Elmira Heights, NY, and he also worked at Moore Business Forms, Elmira, NY. Richard was an avid sportsman and a lifelong patron of equestrian events. During his life he was a judge at many Horse Shows.
