Richard J. Lemoncelli

Richard J. Lemoncelli (Dick), Age 79
of Elmira, NY, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 following a brief illness.
Richard was born on April 19, 1943 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Peter and Winifred (Hilboldt) Lemoncelli.
He was a retired salesman from Warehouse Carpet, Horseheads, NY and a U.S. Navy Veteran during Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn (Peck) Lemoncelli; son, David Lemoncelli of Elmira, NY; daughters,
Jennifer (Andrew) Frazer of Pike Road, AL, Kristen Lemoncelli of Elmira, NY; grandchildren, Gavin Lemoncelli, Regan Frazer, Elijah Frazer, Delaney Frazer, and Noah Frazer; several nieces and nephews.
Richard was predeceased by his parents, sister, Dawn Shanks; and his aunt, Betty L. Root.
Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Woodlawn National Cemetery, 1825 Davis St., Elmira, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Falck Cancer Center or the Chemung County SPCA, in Richard's memory.
