Rexford W. Garrison

Garrison, Rexford W. age 78 of Horseheads, NY Very unexpectedly Wednesday, October 17th, 2001 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY Rexford was the beloved son of the late Shirley and Helen Miller Garrison born March 11th, 1923 in Elmira. Rexford married his love and dear friend Norma ColsonJune 5th, 1944. Together they shared 57 loving years of happiness and a loving son William who he referred to as his ?Best Friend and buddy?. Also surviving Rex is his two Brothers Adrian Garrison of Columbia Cross Roads, Pa and Don (Cam) Garrison of Vernon, FL and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Virginia McLean, Brother and Sister in laws: Dorothy Colson, Lewis and Doris Clark, Olive Felty, Mary and Lenny Wojnarek. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service celebrating the life of Rexford W. Garrison Friday, October 19th, 2001 at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY 4:00PM. The Reverend Howard Hunt will officiate. Interment will take place in the Jobs Corners Cemetery, Daggett, PA at the convenience of the family.Rex was a strong-minded man avid hunter who enjoyed gardening.
