Phyllis B. Good

Age 85, lifelong resident of Elmira, NY died Saturday, March 15, 2003 at St. Joseph?s Hospital.She was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Flora Barber, and sister, Jean Barber.She is survived by her daughters, Randy Good of Ithaca, NY and Laurie Martin of Perry, OH; loving companion of 30 years, Jim Fink of Elmira, NY;grandchildren, Robert Martin of Perry, OH and Josie Martin of Berea, OH; great-granddaughter, Isabelle Martin of Perry, OH; sisters, Ruth Miller of Elmira, NY and Judy Carrigan of Cocoa Beach, FL; brother, John Barber of Longboat Key, FL and Ithaca, NY; former husband, Dr. Robert Good; and many nieces and nephews.Phyllis was a graduate of Southside High School and Elmira College.She taught French and English and directed many high school plays in Delhi and Waverly, NY.She was a member of the Elmira Little Theatre and a former volunteer at Arnot Ogden Medical Center.Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, NY on Tuesday, March 18, 2003 from 3 to 4 PM, with memorial service immediately following at 4 PM.Phyllis?s final resting place will be in Monson, Massachusetts.Memorial donations may be made in Phyllis? name to your charity of choice.
