Norma Emily Edwards

Norma Emily Edwards, age 95, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Chemung County Nursing Facility on Tuesday, October 1st, 2019.Norma was born in Elmira N.Y. to the late Gordon and Crystal (Park) Williams. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Harry V Edwards; sons, John Edwards and Harry Edwards Jr; three sisters and one brother. She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Hill and Patti (Gary) Crandell; sister, Nancy (Larry) Comfort; sister-in-law, Mary Williams; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, October 4th, 2019 at 10 am at Woodlawn National Cemetery. Norma's family would like to give special thanks to the staff at the CCNF 5th floor for all of their love and care.
