Michael Laverne Smith Age 55 of Horseheads, NY, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2002 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira.Michael is survived by his brother James Smith and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.He was a United States Army Veteran who faithfully served his country in Vietnam. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira, on Sunday, October 27, 2002 from 4-6 p.m. Funeral and Committal Services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
