Mary L. Waters

ELMIRA-Mary L. (Mooch) Waters, 54, of Elmira, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Born on August 27, 1967 in Elmira, NY, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Tunnicliffe) Waters. Mary was a great friend, sister, and mother. She was the life of the party and knew how to make everyone laugh. She is survived by her longtime companion, Kenny Bailey of Elmira, her son, Joseph Waters of Elmira; her daughter, Amanda Frederick (Roger Crowley, Jr.) of Elmira; her grandchildren, Mia Crowley, Arianna Crowley; her siblings, Audra M. Green (Alfred VanSkiver), Mark Waters, Wendy (Tim) Walker, Mike Waters; best friend, Becky (Boo) Bailey; as well as many nieces and nephews.
