Mary M. Roupp

Mary M. Roupp, known as "Peggy", was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She went to be with the lord on November 8, 2024.

Peg is survived by: her beloved husband of more than 55 years, Robert Roupp; her sons - Timothy Roupp (Holly) and Jeremy Roupp (Christy); her grandchildren - Jessica Keeney (Nate), Justin Roupp (Elisabeth), Bryce Roupp and Paige Roupp; her great- grandchildren - Mik Keeney, Maelo Keeney, Riley Roupp, Flynn Roupp, and Alaia Roupp; and her siblings - Marty Schaefer and Jerrie Foulke.

Peg always put her family above everything else. There were many family and friend's gatherings through the years where her smile and laughter filled the room. She enjoyed her lunch dates and shopping dates with her friends. Peg loved spending time with her kids and grandkids and always made them feel like they were the most important thing ever. She loved to spoil her family, no matter their age. She always went above and beyond in showing her love as a mother, wife, and friend.

Heaven has gained an amazing, beautiful woman, and a free-spirit full of grace and compassion. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff and physicians at Guthrie RPH, Arnot Ogden Medical Center, and the Chemung County Nursing Facility for the outstanding care they provided to her

Friends and family are invited to calling hours on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM, when her memorial service will begin, at Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue in Elmira, NY.
