Mary Q. Randolph, formerly of 415 West Third Street, Elmira, passed away on January 25, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born on January 26, 1930 in Montour Falls, NY to the late Amato and Augusta (Binelli) Borra. She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Clinton R. Randolph. In addition, she was also predeceased by her brothers; Anthony Borra and Louie Borra and a sister, Rose Cady. Mary is survived by her loving family: daughter Diane Berhannan of Owego, NY, son Daniel (Donna) of Coral Springs, FL, son Frank (Laurie) of Pine City, NY, grandchildren Robert II Berhannan, Bronson Berhannan, Ryan Randolph, and Mallory (Randolph) Hart with her husband, Matthew, along with several nieces and nephews. Mary was a member in good standing with the Veterans of Foreign Affairs, American Legion Auxillary, and the American Red Cross. She was also a life member of the Wellsburg Fire Department. For many years, she and her husband owned and operated the Alpine Inn, The Wellsburg Village Tavern and Randy’s Lounge on the Miracle Mile, Horseheads, NY. Calling hours will be held at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY on Tuesday January 30, 2018 from 4 PM to 7 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 31, 2018 at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. at 10 AM with a procession to follow to Maple Grove Cemetery.
