Lampman, Mary Louise Age 68 of Lower Maple Avenue. Passed away Friday, August 17, 2001 at home surrounded by her loving and caring family. She was born October 31, 1932 in Elmira the daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn (Taylor) Field. Mary Lou, as she was affectionately known, was married to Allen Lampman, together they have celebrated and enjoyed 51 years of love together. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Allyn Nichols of Horseheads, NY; Bonnie and David Streeter of Ulster, PA; Elizabeth and Nicholas Styles of Elmira, NY; Michele and George Sarno of Monroe, SC; sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Chris Lampman of Horseheads, NY; Jeffrey and Debi Lampman of King Ferry, NY; Scott and Naomi Lampman of Elmira, NY; sisters, Dorothy Johnson of Elmira, NY; Eva Pickett of Jamestown, NY; brother, Lynn (Francis) Field of Elmira, NY; sister-in-law, Madge Kelley of Horseheads, NY; along with 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her sister, Evelyn Halstead; brothers, Arthur, Paul and Carl Field; beloved grandson, Jeremy Lampman. Mrs. Lampman was a member of the Hand in Hand Free Methodist Church in Elmira. She was a home health aide with the Community Nursing Services for the Elderly for many years. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Monday, August 20, 2001 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Services will be held there on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. The Reverend Payne will officiate. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira. Memorial Donations in the name of Mary Louise Lampman may be directed to Southern Tier Hospice 244 West Later Street Elmira, NY 14901 or to a charity of one?s choice.
