Mary Ellen then went on to work at the Chemung County Nursing Facility where she worked until retirement. In retirement, she took on the role of trolling QVC and made daily purchases so she & all of her loved ones could have the latest & greatest trends. She religiously kept up with her celebrity gossip magazines. Many thanks to Wilmont Cancer Center & Arnot Ogden Medical Center for their phenomenal care throughout her tenacious fight. Mary Ellen loved flowers. The family welcomes flowers for the memorial service as an expression of love. All in all, Mary Ellen meant so much to so many people.
