Martha C. Houston, age 91, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Elcor Rehabilitation Center. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Westside United Methodist Church, Foster Ave. Elmira, NY. Reverend Holly Strickland will officiate. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of her family
