Margery H. Johnson

Margery Haskell Johnson passed away peacefully May 24, 2002 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira. She is survived by her loving family Daughter and Son-in-Law Martha and Ted Grinnell of Horseheads, Son and Daughter-in-Law William and Nina Miller of Troy, PA, Grandchildren Pamela (David) McCauley of Greenville, SC, Kimberly (Scott) Williams of Corning, NY, Betsy (Chris) Lowery of Mansfield, MA, William (Treena) Miller II of Towanda, PA, Great Grandchildren Megan, Scott and Curtis Williams, Christopher and Caroline McCauley, Meagan and Caitryn Lowery, and Mercedes Miller, Sisters and Brothers Mildred (Webster) Haskins, Helen H. Keeton, Ralph (Dorothy) Haskell and Bruce (Joan) Haskell all of Elmira, NY, Several Nieces and Nephews.Her parents Ralph J. and Vella Haskell, her first husband Jesse B. Miller and her second husband Herbert H. Johnson predeceased Margery. She cherished the many friends she encountered through her membership with North Presbyterian Church, AOMC Auxiliary and playing Bridge with her many friends. Margery enjoyed being a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother to her family, they were the light of her life and she loved cooking for them. She was a great cook and an avid baseball fan. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Monday May 27, 2002 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.A Memorial Service will be held Monday at 4:00 PM at the temporary home of North Presbyterian Church, 954 Lake Street, Elmira, NY, with the Rev.
