Leland P. Palmer

Age 60, was born January 19, 1959 in Elmira, NY the son of Leland Wesley and Susan Ann (Hagen) Palmer, passed away peacefully at his home in Millerton, PA on Sunday, December 15, 2019 with his family at his side. His father, Leland, preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife, Anna M. Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Colleen Palmer of Palmer, Alaska; sister, Alison Palmer of Jefferson Township, PA; mother, Susan (James) Freeman of Elmira, NY; along with several nephews and their families.
