Karen P. Janeski

Karen P. Janeski, age 71 passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was predeceased by her parents, Estelle Good and August Hrasdzira; step-father, Charles Good; sister, Carol Hrasdzira and daughter, Christine Karen Janeski. Karen is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, James Janeski; children, Ronald (Amanda), Jeffrey (Tari), Thomas (Margo) and Joseph Janeski; siblings, Amy Rodabaugh, Roger (Ruth) Hrasdzira and Kenneth (Mike) Hrasdzira; grandchildren, Ava, Tristan, Kyle, Logan, Lucas, Lexie, Mary Jordan and Wallace Anne; numerous nieces, nephews and long time friends. Karen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all. Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10 am at St. Peter & Paul's church, 556 St. Joseph's Blvd, Elmira, NY 14901. Burial will follow in the St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
