June M. Manwaring

Manwaring, June M. age 96, formerly of the Edward Flannery Apartments, Elmira, passed away Wednesday, June 27th, 2018 at Seneca View, Montour Falls, NY. June was born June 30th, 1921. The daughter of the late Frank and Ruth (Taylor) Fulford. She is survived by her children: Lance (Nguyet) Luther of Elmira, Jack (Ginny) Luther of Florida, Kathy (Mark) Kinner of Wellsburg, Frank (Ursula) Manwaring of Canada, J. (Pat) Manwaring of Millport, Clarence Jr. (Ruthie) Manwaring of Louisiana, Michael Manwaring of Elmira, and Vincent (Jackie) Manwaring of Erin, NY; Along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a graduate of Southside High School in 1939. She married Lance Luther and had 3 children. After her relationship with Lance ended, she married Clarence Manwaring and had 5 children. She worked for the Remington Rand Co. for several years, and loved to play cards and bingo. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY Monday, July 2, 2018 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM. Funeral services celebrating June's life will be held at the conclusion of the calling hours at 4:00PM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Maple Grove Cemetery, Horseheads, NY.
