Judith L. Owen

Judith L. "Judy" Owen, age 74, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023.  Judy was born on August 11, 1949, in Auburn, NY. She is predeceased by her parents, Jack and Pat Owen and her sister, Catherine "Kelli" Tucker.  She is survived by her sister, Nancy Owen of Wappinger Falls, NY; brother-in-law: Gary Tucker; niece, Patti Tucker;  nephew-in-law, Andi Tucker;  and her great-nephew, Liam Vergason all of Elmira, NY.  She will be missed by many friends, including Fred and Marilyn Betschen and Joanne and Ron Tunison.  Judy was a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church in Elmira, NY.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 11:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church, 1054 W Clinton St, Elmira, NY 14905, with a fellowship gathering to follow.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY 14904.
