Joseph H. Cicconi (Joe)
Age 82 of Elmira, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
Joe was born on July 14, 1940 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Leo and Elizabeth (Schrock) Cicconi.
Joe was an avid bowler and loved playing poker. He graduated from Southside High School, class of 1960. Joe was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served from 1963 to 1965, and retired from Seneca Beverage in 2004. Joe loved food, especially ziti and Diet Pepsi.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Joyce (Becker) Cicconi; daughter, Zebra (Steven) Cicconi-Crozier, Tarra (Christopher) Couse; three step-sons, Stephen (Mary) DeWalt, Robert (Elizabeth) Fell-DeWalt, Lynn (Teresa) DeWalt; 5 step-grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth (Glenn) McClelland, Patricia (Robert) Briggs; brother, Michael Cicconi; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Joe was predeceased by his brother, Leo (Cookie) Cicconi.
Friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Penna. Ave., Elmira, NY on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with Funeral Services there at 1:00 PM. Interment, St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery at the convenience of the immediate family.
