John "Hap" Franklin Davis

BATH – John “Hap” Franklin Davis, 80, of Bath, died on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Born on May 22, 1940 in Portland, ME, he was the son of the late John and Edna (Perkins) Davis.Hap proudly served in the US Marine Corp from 1959 until he was honorably discharged in 1963.He enjoyed fishing. In addition to his family, he was predeceased by his wife, Helen Davis and his daughter, Crystal VanEtten. He is survived by his granddaughter, Ashley Stewart of Odessa, NY and his grandson, Zachary VanEtten of Owego, NY. Per Hap’s wishes, services will be private and at the convenience of his family.Interment will take place in Woodlawn National Cemetery.
