Heather E. Rinebold Age 57 of Elmira, NY, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Elcor Nursing Facility, Horseheads, NY. Heather was born on February 20, 1964 in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of the late Carl and Linda (Mulligan) Rinebold. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Rinebold of Elmira, NY; niece, Armandra Diaz of Elmira, NY; nephews, Justin Scott and Evin Scott both of Albany, NY and several great-nieces and great-nephews; sister, Karen Crippen of Crete, IL. Besides her parents, Heather was predeceased by her sister, Leslie Rinebold, step father, Hieu Nguyen.
