Georgia May Stevens

Age 72 of Elmira, NY, has gone to be with her son David, daughter Edith, mother, father and 2 sisters on August 13, 2002. She is survived by a very special friend and companion, Robert Vanderpool; daughters, Leah (Bill) Fisher, Kathy (Roger Budnick) Mucci; sons, Larry (Milinda) Peterson, James (Chong) Peterson of Oklahoma, Murle (Cathy) Peterson; grandchildren, Holly (Shawn) Hathaway, Georgianna (Ernie) Brennen, Tabatha (Dennis) Beardslee, Becky, Mike & Tammy Mucci, Shane (Cristy) Peterson, Michelle Mase, Leona Helpin, Melissa Peterson, Tonia King, Mary (Chad) Elder, Randy Peterson, Vanna & Adam Peterson; 26 great grandchildren. Georgia was a member of the American Legion Unit 443, Elmira. It was Georgia?s request that there be no calling hours. There will be a memorial service for her at the American Legion, 316 Lake Street, Elmira, NY on Sunday, August 18, 2002 at 3:00 PM. Interment in the Rural Home Cemetery, Big Flats, NY at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
