Foster W. Clark

Age 82, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2002 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.Foster is survived by: sons; William J. (Linda) Clark of LaFayette, NY and Stephen F. Clark of Lockport, NY, 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, sister; Joan Clay of Florida, brother; Chester Clark of Pine City and several nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by wife; Pearl A. Clark and brothers; Cassius Clark and Francis Clark.Foster was a tool and die maker for the Eclipse/Bendex Corp. and for American LaFrance.He also worked for Corning Glass with the Engineering Department and helped to create the patented Pyrex Handle.Foster was also an original member of Elmira?s own band the ?Star Dusters?.Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904 on Wednesday, June 19, 2002 from 11am to 12pm.Funeral and committal services will immediately follow at 12 pm with John P.
