BECKER, Florence Murphy ?Bunny?Of Pine City, NY went to be with her Lord February 5, 2002 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center after an extended illness. Florence was born in Elmira, NY on August 1, 1930 the daughter of John and Aimee (McMillan) Murphy. She is survived by loving husband of 47 years: C. Richard Becker. Children: Aimee and Gary Steinke of Poughquag NY, Lisa and Ronald Willson of Pine City, NY, Michael and Cindy Becker of Gillett, PA, and Mark Becker of Pine City, NY.Grandchildren: Brittany and Christopher Becker, Michael and Emily Steinke. Sister and Brother in-law: Dorohea and GeorgePeters, Bloomfield Hills, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Aimee (McMillan) Murphy andbrother Dr. William J. Murphy. Florence was a graduate of Elmira college class of 1953.She retired from the Chemung County Department of Social Service in 1991 after 23 years of service.Family and Friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. on Thursday February 7, 2002 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM with Funeral Service there Friday at 11:00 The Rev.
