Ethel C. Verbanic, Age 94 passed away Sunday, January 20, 2002 at the Schuyler Nursing Facility, Montour Falls, NY. She was born May 3, 1907 in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of the late John and Matilda (Dokweiler) Frank. Her husband, Joseph Verbanic; 4 brothers and 2 sisters predeceased Ethel. She is survived by her daughter, Delores Jones of Elmira, NY; 2 step-daughters; brother, Omer (Betty) Sumner of Millerton, PA; 2 sister-in-laws; grandchildren, Sharon (Merv) Stoltzfus of Palmyra, NY; David (Donna) Mills of Savannah, NY; Laureen (Michael) Hansen of Pierson, Fl; along with 5 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
