Age 82 of Syracuse, NY passed away June 27, 2002 at Community General Hospital in Syracuse.She is survived by her Son: Paul (Karen Kemp) Feeney of Syracuse, NY, Grandchildren; Cindy Eastwood and Paul Feeney, Great Grandchildren: Jonathan and Katrina. Sister; Laura (Jerry) Herrick of Elmira, NY Brothers; Lawrence Cook of Boston, MA, Carl Cook of Syracuse, NY and Frank Cook of Elmira, NY Her husband Paul Feeney and son John J. Feeney, as well as her parents, John Henry and Emma Conklin Cook, predeceased Ethel.Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Ave, Elmira, NY on Sunday, June 30, 2002 from 4 to 8 PM.Funeral services will be held there on Monday, July 1st at 11 AM with Father Richard Farrell officiating.Interment will be in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, NY.
