Dorothy Hetherington Sheive Loving wife and grandmother Obituary follows:Age 79, of 121 Cherrywood Manor in Elmira, NY passed away Saturday, April 6, 2002, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center.Surviving Dorothy are: her husband of 55 years; Edward L. Sheive, daughter-in-law; Marita Sheive, grandsons; Ian, Ryan and Taylor Sheive, sisters; Irene (Arthur) Ostrander and Virginia Makcovitch, brother-in-law; Lee (Molly) Sheive, several nieces, nephews and cousins.She was predeceased by her son Edward L. Sheive Jr.At Dorothy?s request there will be no calling hours.Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY 14904 on Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 1pm.Interment will immediately follow in the Jobs Corners Cemetery in Jobs Corners, PA.The family will provide their own flowers.
