Diane O. Plouse

SHOHOLA, PA - Diane O. Plouse, 77, of Shohola PA, passed away at 2:18 PM, Monday, March 29, 2021 at Newton Medical Center in Newton NJ. She was born September 2, 1943 to Arthur and Irene Ostrander in Elmira NY. She was a long time resident of Sayre , PA. She also worked many years at Laurel Hill veterinary clinic, East Smithfield, PA. Diane is survived by her daughters, Kim & Steven Nicholson of Alachua, Florida, and Sharlene & Samuel Tombs of Shohola, PA. Diane was also blessed to have and be survived by many grandchildren, Kaylee and Macen Raupers, Morgan and Kevin Rando, Abigail Ruest, Armand Ruest III, Stephanie Giles , Jeremy Nicholson, Kristi Prescott & Jon Fricchione, and great- grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Diane enjoyed reading and playing online games. She had a special love for animals, especially her English bulldog Chloe. She very much enjoyed coffee, conversation and laughter. Diane loved to take pictures of animals, nature and sunrises, which she did daily. She particularly loved to photograph her great- granddaughter Emma Rando, with whom she visited frequently and enjoyed her company immensely.
