David L. Chichester

David L. Chichester, a native and resident of Elmira, was born on  December 6, 1948 to the late Mary and William Chichester.  David was preceded in death by his brother, Bill and sister, Charlene.  David is survived by his brother Todd of Elmira, and several nieces and nephews.  David served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.  David was the father of three.  At David's request he will be cremated and there will not be any services held.  David has made "room for one more at the end of the bar".
