Constance R. Stavisky

Stavisky, Constance R. Age 73 of Lincoln Street Elmira, NY. Passed away Monday, September 3, 2001 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born September 1, 1928 in Mansfield, PA the daughter of the late Ross Glen and Lillian (Smith) Rogers. She married Michael A. Stavisky June 14, 1974 at the Christ Episcopal Church in Wellsburg, NY. Survivors include her loving husband of 27 years, Michael; beloved children, Steven Walp of Horseheads, NY; Brenda Saxton also of Horseheads, NY; Priscilla (Ron) Bradley of Sayre, PA; Lorrie (Joe) Raniewicz of Horseheads, NY; grandchildren, Jeffrey and Heather Saxton; Shawn (Sarah), Kyle and Jamie Bradley; Jennifer and Andrew Raniewicz; great grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathaniel Bradley; Jory Woodward; brother, Clair (Mary) Rogers of Covington, PA; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Wein of Williamsport, PA; Eva Turner of Tonawanda, NY; Helen Micholychak of Binghamton, NY; special friends, Ralph (Jerry) Setzer of Elmira, NY; along with several nieces and nephews. Her brothers, George and Gilmore Wein, predeceased her. Constance was retired from Marine Midland Bank after 25 years of faithful service. She enjoyed traveling and loved playing bingo. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY on Wednesday, September 5, 2001 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Prayer Service will be held there on Thursday at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Casmir?s Church. Interment will follow in St. Peter & Paul?s Cemetery. The family will provide their own flowers. Memorial Donations in the name of Constance R.
