Christopher C. Cersoli

Christopher C. Cersoli, Age 52 of Elmira, NY passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Chris was born January 17, 1972 in Clarion PA son of Linda Cersoli and the late Charles Cersoli. He was married to Michelle L. formerly Walton on May 25, 2002 and celebrated 22 years together. Prior to his illness Chris worked at Schweizer Aircraft as a mechanic. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, old cars, the NY Yankees and Buffalo Bills. He especially enjoyed fishing with his son Joey and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife Michelle L. Cersoli, son Joseph “Joey” Cersoli at home, mother Linda, mother in law Barbara Walton, sister; Lisa Delekta of Torrington, CT, brothers; John (Karen) Cersoli of Barkhamstead, CT, Mark Cersoli of Torrington, CT, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Chris was predeceased by his father and father-in-law, Daniel Walton.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Olthof Funeral Home, 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY 14904.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Chris’ memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Kidney Fund.
