Cheryl Lee Quesnel, 69, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 5, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was born August 16, 1953, in Montpelier, Vermont, the daughter of Wendell and Bernice (Robinson) Dolloff. She was the devoted wife of Wayne Quesnel for nearly 50 years; loving mother to Tracy Farr and Marc Quesnel; and caring grandmother to Owen and Isaac Farr, and Maxwell and Quinn Quesnel.
After graduating from both high school and the University of Vermont, Cheryl spent her career holding various positions in the healthcare industry. Her passions included her church family, travel (particularly to any beach location), quilting, painting, and, most of all, spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters--Rosemary and Dayle. She is survived (in addition to her husband, her children, her grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews) by her brothers--Gary Dolloff of Dade City, Florida, and Charles Dolloff of Port Henry, New York.
Calling hours will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Horseheads, New York.
A service of remembrance will be held at the church immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Cheryl at donate.cancer.org .
