RANSIER, Charles E.Of Elmira, NY Age 63 Passed away Tuesday May 14, 2002 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center.Two Sons and numerous friends survive him.He was a former employee of the Sugar Creek Store on Pennsylvania Ave. in Elmira.Charles was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed hockey.
