Carol Lanette Labagh

Carol Lanette Labagh (nee Knitter), 73, of Gillett, PA, passed away on Thursday, November 4th, 2021 after a brief illness. Carol was born on June 23, 1948 the seventh child of Stanley and Florence Knitter in Sellersville, PA.Carol graduated from Penn Ridge High School and worked at Delbar Products in Perkasie, PA until shortly after marrying the love of her life. In 1969, Carol met Bob at a party, she loved to tell the story of how Bob returned to the party for the best girl there.Carol and Bob were married September 19, 1970 and had two children Danielle and Zachary. When Carol and Bob moved to “the middle of nowhere”, Carol dedicated her life to being a wonderful wife and mother.She excelled at propping up Bob, Danielle and Zachary and supporting them through the years.She welcomed friends and family to their home and loved to make sure no one left hungry.She introduced Danielle, Zachary and their friends to many new experiences and foods.She enjoyed supporting Bob in his passions for woodworking.Her family and friends will miss the warmth and sense of humor she brought to any room she entered. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill. Carol was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Florence Knitter, her brothers, Stanley, and Larry,sisters, Mary, Shirley, and Marge. Carol is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Bob, her children Danielle (Richard) Dunn and Zachary (Janine), her sister, Jackie, her grandchildren, Patrick, Tessa, Emma and Jacob, and her many nieces and nephews.
