Carlton Eugene Carpenter "Spunky"
Age 74 of Elmira, passed away Saturday, May 13th, 2023. Spunky was born in Elmira; the son of the late Edwin and Delores Carpenter. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole M. Carpenter "Nicki" of East Hartford, CT. and son, Chad Carpenter of Elmira; grandsons, Jacob and Dylan Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Jada'lynn Carpenter. Spunky retired from NYSEG after 36 years. In honor of his country, he served in the United States Air Force. He was an avid sportsman that held many achievements throughout his life. Spunky loved his many friends and the countless hours riding and making memories on his motorcycles. A service celebrating Spunky's life will be held at a time to be announced.
