Brenda J. Sheets

Brenda Sheets was born May 9, 1961 in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Leon Owen and Rosemary Jeannie (Bowman) Sheets; Saturday, January 20, 2018 God called on his angel Brenda who passed peacefully at home with her family by her side, at the age of 56. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Edward Sheets and sister, Suzanne Sheets. Brenda is survived by her loving sisters, Linda Gelz, Sherry Sheets, Penny (Alvin) Roberts, Sandra Coleman, Victoria (William) Payne, and Paula Al Meyers all of Elmira, NY; step-father, Peter King and his daughter, Melissa King Perry; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CareFirst, 3805 Meads Creek Road, Painted Post, New York 14870. A memorial service celebrating Brenda’s life will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 6 PM at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
