Betty Cooper
Age 88, of Elmira, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Elderwood of Hornell.

Betty was born on July 8, 1934, to the late Kenneth and Leona McClure. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, John W. Cooper in 2008 and her brother, Robert McClure in 1979.

She is survived by sons, John D. Cooper of PA, Kenneth Cooper of Elmira, NY; daughter, Mary Anne Cooper of Dundee, NY; granddaughters, Erin Watson of NC, Katelynn Cooper of New York City, and Megan Cooper of Rochester, NY; grandson, Theo Cooper of Dundee, NY; sisters, Jane Bennett of Elmira, NY and Nancy Mullin of Iowa; several nieces and nephews.

Per her request, there will be no calling hours. A graveside service and memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice in her memory.
