Betsy Lynne Kennedy

Betsy Lynne Kennedy, 39, of Pine Valley, NY passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. Betsy was predeceased by her grandfather, William J. Kennedy as well as grandparents, Donald and Cleo Lukehart. Betsy is survived by her loving son, Andrew T. Scholl and his father, Timothy J. Scholl; parents, Robert Kennedy and Bonnie Kennedy; brother, Brett Kennedy; grandmother, Ann Marie Kennedy; grandfather, Gerald Corrigan; aunts, Sharon Schultz, Sharon and Russ Bukowski; uncle, Terry and Kathy Lukehart; several cousins and a host of friends. Betsy was a 1995 graduate of Horseheads High School. She enjoyed playing softball and dancing. She went to Corning Community College where she earned her Associates in Business Administration. She went on to work for NYS for several years in various positions. She was an avid Yankees fan and loved Derek Jeter. Betsy was a wonderful mother, daughter and friend and will be greatly missed by all. A calling hour celebrating Betsy’s life will be held at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elmira, NY on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 2PM to 3PM.
