Bernice A. Peer

Age 92, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2002 at the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY, while staying at the home of her great granddaughter, Colleen Herrick. She was born November 12, 1909 in Virgil, NY. Bernice was predeceased by her husbands, Marcus D. Brown and Lawrence F. Peer; daughter, Arlene M. Hughes. She is survived by her great grandchildren, Colleen Herrick of Syracuse, NY; Veronica, Robert and Christina Herrick all of Elmira, NY; along with several step-children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and many other close family friends and relatives that loved and cared for her dearly. Family and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, November 6, 2002 from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held there on Thursday at 11:00 AM. The Reverend Howard L. Hunt will officiate. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Elmira, NY. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society P.
